Law of the individual in the legislative doctrine

Abstract
The article covers the problem of man as a subject of law in the context of the legist doctrine. It is noted that the interpretation of human personality in the legal and legalist doctrines is different. It is shown on the example of the Soviet era that legism, in essence, has replaced the legal personality of a person legal and repressive.
