Abstract
Le statut des employ?s a significativement ?volu? avec le temps aux yeux de leurs employeurs. En effet, les employ?s qui ?taient consid?r?s essentiellement une source de charges sont per?ues de nos jours comme des ressources humaines ; un actif ? entretenir et d?velopper. En parall?le, l?administration du personnel s?est transform?e en gestion du personnel et ensuite s?est m?tamorphos?e en gestion des ressources humaines avec la mise en place de politiques et de pratiques de GRH visant une optimisation de ces ressources et leur r?tention. N?anmoins, cette transformation ne s?est pas encore concr?tis?e dans toutes les entreprises. La pr?sente ?tude cherche ? examiner ? quel point le passage vers une vraie GRH s?est mat?rialis? au sein des entreprises libanaises. Il s?agit d?une ?tude de cas d?une entreprise libanaise de l?industrie agroalimentaire dont l?objectif principal est de r?pondre ? la question de recherche suivante : La gestion des affaires des employ?s dans cette entreprise s?agit-elle d?une authentique GRH ou d?une simple administration du personnel ? Une enqu?te faite aupr?s des ressources humaines ? l?aide d?un questionnaire a r?v?l? que la soci?t? ?tudi?e met en vigueur une gestion du personnel plut?t qu?une gestion de ressources humaines.
