LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES FOR THE NOVADAYS MANAGER OF ENTERPRISE: THE COMPOSITION OF FORMATION

Abstract
The purpose of the article is solves an important scientific problem – improvement of the mechanism of formation of leadership capabilities of the modern manager of the enterprise. The results of the critical analysis of the scientific publications of blighty and foreign scientists on the theory of leadership became the basis for further substantiation of the «Pyramid of Leadership Capabilities (LICA pyramid)» by the head of the enterprise. Investigation of the essential content and content of professional, personal and emotional capabilities of the head of the enterprise in modern economic conditions allowed to identify reserves of growth of his competence. Synthesis of the components of the formation of leadership competences of the modern manager allowed to identify types of leadership that characterize its actions, depending on the degree of manifestation of their professional, personal and emotional capabilities. The directions of development of leadership capabilities of the head of the enterprise in the conditions of development of modern economy are offered. The methodological basis of the study is a set of general scientific and special methods used to achieve the purpose of the study: theoretical synthesis – in studying the content of scientific works of scientists from the theory of leadership; the method of the hierarchy – for building a «Pyramid of leadership capabilities (LICA pyramid)» by the head of the enterprise and determining the types of leadership; analytical and generalization – for obtaining final conclusions. It has been established that the transition from the lower level of leadership capabilities to higher levels is ensured by the synergy of professional, personal and emotional capabilities, as well as the self-improvement and self-development capabilities of the head of the enterprise. The results of the study can explain how the components of the leadership capabilities of the modern manager of the enterprise and the types of leadership that characterize its actions are interconnected. The «Pyramid of Leadership Capabilities «(LICA Pyramid)» was built by the head of the company, which explains the actions of leaders in the conditions of development of the modern economy.
