LEADERSHIP CULTURE AS A DETERMINANT OF THE PROCESS OF CHANGES IN THE FUNCTIONING OF A MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The aim of the article is to show the importance and role of the culture leadership in the process of changes in the organization. Changes in the external and internal environment of local governmental enterprises indicate the necessity of making changes in the strategy, service processes and organizational structure. The analysis of empirical data regarding the effectiveness as well as the efficiency of the services provided by a multi-sector municipal enterprise justifies the need to emphasize the importance of leadership culture in the process of making changes in the enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to create a proper leadership culture, which will unite the employees in achieving the goals of the organization, and the managerial staff – in making rational decisions. In this article, the authors consider the essence of the responsibility of managers shaping the leadership culture in a municipal enterprise<br/><br/>
