LEADERSHIP STYLES AND MANAGERIAL BEHAVIOR IN ROMANIAN COMPANIES

Abstract

The article aims to investigate the managers’ leadership styles in the NorthEastern Romanian companies. The research is based on the questionnaire method, where 50 managers were questioned on how they communicate decisions and set conflicts in their companies. The collected data have been analysed from different angles of statistical methods in order to bring forward managers’disimulated behaviors. Additionally, it presented the potential correlations between the leadership styles and implementation. It was showed that managers act dictatorially in decision communication and make compromises in disputes with employees. From the results of the research it was also argued that managers have a dissimulated behavior and provided desirable answers.<br/><br/>
