Legal and psychological principles of the dyspaster's of officers of the state penitentiary service of Ukraine

Abstract
Legal and psychological analysis was provided in respect of the organization and implementation frameworks of pastoral care among officers of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine. The cooperation between two institutions, i.e. correctional system and church, was mentioned to be objectively necessary and reasonable.
