LEGAL ASPECTS OF APPLICATION OF NOTARY REGULATIONS OF FOREIGN RIGHTS

Abstract
The paper studies notarial and procedural course of action for notary proceedings in inheritance cases with a foreign element. It determines the sequencing of notary actions in the process of settling a legal matter encumbered with a foreign element in terms of inheritance issues. The paper highlights problematic issues faced by notaries while settling inheritance cases with a foreign element.
