Legal bases of electronic documentary cooperation in the government institutions

Abstract
The article deals with the clerical process in government authorities and determines that the most common form of organization of record-keeping process is electronic document circulation. It is analyzed the normative and legal support of the system of electronic document circulation in Ukraine. There is examined the practice of using electronic document circulation in Ukraine and highlighted the key issues of its implementation.
