LEGAL BASIS OF ADAPTION OF LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE IN THE FILD OF WASTE MANAGEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article examines the legal nature and essence of the terms, denoting the process of bringing the Ukrainian legislation in line with EU legislation. Legal basis of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the EU in the sphere of waste management in chronological order are analyzed. Some suggestions are provided for improving the legislation of Ukraine in the waste management sector.
