Legal framework for planning of the State Budget of Ukraine expenditures

Abstract
The normative acts regarding the planning of the Ukraine Government budget expenditures are researched. Their classification is proposed. The normative acts that need improvement are defined. The necessity to develop and approval new documents regarding the planning of the Ukraine Government budget expenditures is determined.
