LEGAL ISSUES TO DESIGNATE THE OBJECT OF LEGAL REGULATION IN ARTIFICIALLY CREATED LAND PLOTS

Abstract
The aim of the article is to designate the object of legal regulation in artificially created land plots and to identify intended use of such land plots, which may be created outside of the aquatic zone of sea ports. The article points out the Aspects of designation of land use categories in the inventory of water resources in accordance with provisions of the Land Code and the Water Code of Ukraine. A general notion of artificially created land plot as a special category of Land Law has been stated by the author in the present article.
