Abstract
In the scientific article essence of legal responsibility is investigational in the field of public welfare, features of bringing in to legal responsibility of payers of only payment on obligatory state social security in a right for public welfare. Sizes and order of bringing in are analyzed to legal responsibility of payers of only payment on obligatory state social security.
