LEGAL NATURE OF LICENSE FOR THE USE OF OBJECTS OF THE RIGHTS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Abstract
In article author investigate the legal nature of the license to use objects of intellectual property rights. To establish this goal author analyzed scientific literature, legislation and court practice. According to the results of the study, the license is qualified as a unilateral transaction for the use of objects of intellectual property rights.
