LEGAL NATURE OF OBLIGATIONS ARISING FROM UNJUST ENRICHMENT

Abstract
This article is devoted to clarify the legal nature, essence, characteristics and trends of the practical implementation of the Institute of unjust enrichment. Today, it is becoming increasingly important, as evidenced by the extensive judicial practice. However, his versatility as an institution of protection of civil rights and interests, and the potentially broad scope necessitates separating the obligations arising out of unjust enrichment, from institutions such as restitution, vindication and compensation of property damage in tort legal relations.
