LEGAL PROTECTION OF PASSENGERS IN THE FIELD OF CIVIL AVIATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of protection of passengers of aviation traffic in Ukraine. The categories of passengers, their characteristics are analyzed. The analysis of legislative and by-laws regulating the legal status of passengers in Ukraine is carried out.
