LEGAL PROVISION OF THE STATUS OF SUBJECTS OF EXECUTIVE PROCEEDINGS IN THE SPHERE OF ENFORCEMENT OF COURT DECISIONS AND DECISIONS OF OTHER BODIES AND INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
Given the current realities and changes in legislation in relation of institute for enforcement proceedings was made an analysis of regulatory and legal of status support of subjects – bodies and persons whose functions are aimed at the for compulsory execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies for the enforcement proceedings in Ukraine, and the subjects – bodies and institutions aimed on the execution of judgments, but which are not in it as enforcement authorities. Two groups of subjects were identified and studied and was drawn attention to the need to establish the relationship between public and private entities.
