Legal regulation of hereditary legal relations with the participation of citizens of foreign states on the territory of Russia and Russian citizens abroad

Abstract
Existing gaps and contradictions in the regulation of hereditary relations are dictated by the fact that inheritance law, inheritance is one of the ancient institutions that is closely related to family and marriage relations, respectively, their regulation is carried out in a complex manner taking into account the customs, traditions, religions, moral and moral characteristics of each people, which is a certain difficulty in the development of common rules for the acceptance of inheritance. This article examines the features of hereditary legal relations between Russian and foreign persons abroad and in the Russian Federation and analyzes foreign legislation on inheritance within the framework of private international law.
