LEGAL REGULATION OF LEGAL GUARANTEES FOR EMPLOYEES AT THE TIME OF PERFORMANCE OF PUBLIC OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
The article identifies the shortcomings of current legislation regarding the provision of legal guarantees to employees at the time of execution of public duties. As a result of careful studies of imperfect legal regulation and contradictory judicial practice the ways of overcoming these inconsistencies are suggested.
