Legal regulation of the powers of the State fiscal service of Ukraine in matters of bringing to administrative responsibility

Abstract
The article analyzes the current issues of administrative and legal regulations for bringing regulatory authorities to justice those who have committed administrative violations in the tax and customs spheres. The author proved the presence of conflict in the regulations regulating this issue, which means solution must be to remove through changes in regulations or unification of the said order and fixing it in procedural Code.
