LEGAL REGULATION STRATEGY OF PERSONAL NON-PROPERTY RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to analyze the possibilities of public regulation of personal non-property rights through tools of strategic planning. The proposed definition of legal regulation strategy of personal non-property relations. It was highlighted the main areas of legal regulation strategy of personal non-property relations and their contents. It was noticed in necessity of providing the balance of interests of individual, society and state in implementation of non-property rights.
