LEGAL SUPPLY OF THE CHURCH COURT IN RUS

Abstract
The article analyzes the legislative provision of the ecclesiastical court in Rus. The monuments of law recited from Byzantium, sources of church law of the state of origin of Rus and documents issued by the Kyiv metropolitans and the local councils are considered. The scope of the authority of the church court in the civil and criminal proceedings. The features of the organization of church justice in Rus are shown.
