LEGAL VIEWS ON UKRAINIAN EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ELECTRONIC GOVERNANCE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of Ukrainian experience in implementing electronic governance. It has been established that electronic government is one of the necessary factors for the development of the information society and the building of a democratic state in Ukraine, since it simplifies procedures for obtaining services by citizens, facilitates access to the information they need, as well as contributes to the openness and transparency of public authorities and local authorities. municipality. For the first time - a step-by-step and chronological analysis of the regulatory framework of Ukraine on the implementation of electronic governance. It is concluded that the conceptual, strategic and administrative principles of the implementation of electronic government in Ukraine were laid down since 1992, since since then the legislative provision of electronic government processes is one of the key issues in Ukraine.
