LEGALITY AS A CATEGORY OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article considers the legality as one of the categories of international law. Its content and peculiarities are analyzed taking into account the specifics of international legal regulation. The author examines the legality in its comparison with such related categories as the regime of international legality, the international legal order, etc. It is established that the international legality can be considered as a special state of international relations or as a mode of functioning of the system of such relations. The interrelation of the international legality and the international legal order is underlined when it is necessary to distinguish these categories.
