LEGISLATIVE PROMOTE ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES: EXPERIENCE THE EU AND UKRAINE

Abstract
Building facilities require significant energy for their creation as well as to further use. The article analyzes the legislative and regulatory framework of Ukraine and the EU to promote energy efficiency and energy-saving technologies in the sphere of housing and communal services.
