Abstract
Having a deep sight into Romanian language nature, a word vituoso, the national poet Mihai Eminescu analysed the importance of verbal expression in he life of a nation, conlcuding that the language is the "measure of civilisation". The lexica newest layer, neologisms and the concepts they are codifying, represents the level gauge in maintaining a language.
