Liability for negligence under the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the criminal codes of other CIS countries and Baltic countries: a comparative legal study

Abstract
It is examined the features of the regulatory liability for negligence in the criminal legislation of CIS countries and Baltic countries. The conclusion about the need to improve the criminal legal counteraction negligence way differentiation criminalization of official categories, as well as secure the qualifying particularly evidence of a crime.
