Libertarian Justice Model as Example of Value Management in Western Hemisphere

Abstract
The article presents the way of formulating the libertarian concept of justice based on a change in the perception of the basic values of freedom and equality. The management of values by changing their original meaning was one of the key elements in the system transformation of politics, society and economy after World War II. Attention was drawn to the theoretical differences of the original concepts and their practical emanations in the United States, the United Kingdom as well as Central and Eastern Europe.
