Liderazgo en proyectos e industrias creativas
Journal Title: International Journal of Humanities and Social Science Invention - Year 2017, Vol 6, Issue 3
Abstract
The concept of creative industries has emerged more significantly in the 1990s as an effort to concentrate creativity activities as a basic productive input (such as the arts, architecture, cinema, music, theater or gastronomy) in the same concept. Since then, various countries have used it to foster their creative industries and generate economic progress (mainly through job creation and other forms of income). The development of industrial stories depends on an organization's capacity for affirmation and leadership. Taking this scenario into account, the aim of this paper is to discuss, from a theoretical point of view, the possible contributions for a better understanding and analysis of team leadership in creative industry projects
