Life-creation capabilities development as factor for overcoming of subjective exhaustion of personal potential

Abstract
The conditions and factors for overcoming of personality realized (subjective exhaustion of personal potential) are investigated. It is shown, that life-creation capabilities development is factor for overcoming of subjective exhaustion of personal potential and factor for positive dynamics of personality as a subject of creative self-realization on the life course.
