LINGUISTIC AND EXTRALINGUISTIC CONDITIONS OF OUTSOURCING AND OUTSTAFFING TERMINOLOGY FORMATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of term definition. Some existing definitions are presented and analysed. Consideration is given to the actual state of outsourcing and outstaffing terminology, as well as to the linguistic and extralinguistic factors influencing on term formation and requirements to them. Mentioned in the paper are t some inaccurate explanation of the terms. Given in the paper are the grounds for a selection of special terminology for compiling unified glossary of outsourcing and outstaffing terms.
