LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN MANAGEMENT IN THE FIELD OF LAND RESURSES

Abstract
Theoretical and practical issues of the role of local state administrations and local self-government authorities in management activities in the field of land resourses were considered. It was determined that granting broad power in the sphere of exercising of executive power to local self-government tells about democratization of society, where the executive authorities in conjunction with the executive bodies of self-government serve the common (public) needs of society. It was proved that separation of functions in land management between representative and executive authorities of different administrative and territorial levels must be clearly written and stipulated by law. Legal regulation should have been established by maximum to maximize the power-management functions.
