Logistics design to optimize response times and space in temporary warehouses

Abstract
The following research seeks to provide a solution to the organization of merchandise so that they have greater agility when dispatching the merchandise and thus save time and space in the temporary warehouse, seeking the best way to implement procedures with management indicators in the performance area, through research techniques and the analysis of documents that are related to cargo storage in order to make improvements in the customer service and thus generate greater trust, maintaining the loyalty and preference of Foreign Trade Operators.To acquire new challenges, the restructuring of the temporary warehouse is proposed, detailed in the thesis with the different investigations, we proceed to realize the things that have to be improved by 2022, in the infrastructure and the different areas that are They have to be added to provide a better logistics organization and in terms of security, the new rules set out in the thesis have to be established immediately, as this would give greater order both in the management of data of the people who enter the warehouse and also of those merchandises that enter and leave. As a company that tries to satisfy customer needs and make its import processes more agile and faster. In Ecuador, greater importance has currently been placed on logistics activities, allowing processes to be streamlined and increasing their competitiveness in the Ecuadorian market
