Long-term contract in transport contracting system

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of long-term contract in the system of transportation contracts. It carries out the legal characteristic of this agreement, focuses attention on the imperfection of legal terminology regarding the names of long-term contracts depending on the type of transport, the place of the long-term contract in the system of transportation contracts is determined. The thesis on expanding the scope of long-term contracts is substantiated.
