Los hornos cerámicos de Valentín y la tradición romana

Abstract
Ceramic is a crucial material since it provides us with a lot of information and has great durability. The characteristics and typology of the Valentine’s ceramic kilns are mainly analyzed along with a list of the families that have one of these kilns, focusing on the kiln excavated in the Alfar de la Maja. To finish, the author makes some conclusions and refers to different terms that help us understand the process of firing ceramics in these kilns.
