LOW COST HANDHELD MICROMANIPULATORS BASED ON COMPLIANT KINEMATIC DEVICES

Abstract
The article discusses the creation of element base of micromanipulators that meet certain requirements, such as manufacturability, handheld control, resistance to the adverse effects of the environment and the possibility of full or partial steritsii and protection from wrong actions of the operator. Proposed construction of micromanipulators on the basis of compliant kinematic devices using a common rod and sheet materials. These proposals are illustrated by the author's own developments, which are protected by patents
