Journal Title: The Indian Practitioner - Year 2014, Vol 67, Issue 7
Abstract
Endometrial stromal sarcoma is a rare malignant uterine tumour, constituting 0.2% of all gynaecological malignancies. Low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (LGSS) poses a great diagnostic challenge. A case of LGSS, diagnosed on histopathology examination of the hysterectomy specimen is reported here.
