Abstract
The article deals with the essence of machine-building output production management is considers. The volume and implementation of production plans at the largest machine-building enterprises in Kremenchuk are investigated. The main factors of influence on the production volumes and the parameters of the engineering products competitiveness are discovered. У статті розглянуто сутність управління виробництвом машинобудівної продукції. Досліджено обсяги та виконання планів виробництва великими машинобудівними підприємствами міста Кременчука. Виявлено основні фактори впливу на обсяги виробництва та параметри конкурентоспроможності машинобудівної продукції.
