Abstract
The article analyzes and summarizes the existing approaches to understanding the notion of “prosecutor’s supervision” on the basis of which it provides its own definition of “prosecutor’s supervision over the conduct of controlled delivery, controlled and operational procurement of goods, items and substances”.
