MAIN CATEGORIES OF SOCIAL POLICY IN THE CONTEXT OF RISK-MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL RISKS

Abstract
The article highlights current risks and problems, identifies the priority tasks of reforming social policy in Ukraine. Areas of social policy are defined as industries serving the social needs of the population. Indicative methods are added to the list of social policy methods, and the number of policy levels is supplemented by a world (international) level. The proposed list covers the following areas: trade services, transport and communications, law enforcement services, comparisons with countries of the world, which were not mentioned at all in the definition of social policy spheres or which were not given sufficient attention. The applied list is close to the current structure of the authorities and is consistent with world-class statistical categories and statistical reporting. Methods of realization of modern social policy of the state correspond to the list of methods of regulation of socio-economic processes in the state and are divided into four groups, each of which has its own set of tools.
