MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN JOINT VENTURES AND OTHER FORMS OF INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

Abstract
The article discusses and outlines the main differences between joint ventures and such forms of international relations as strategic alliance, mergers, acquisitions and partnerships. The economic essence of the above forms of international relations is investigated. It is proved that joint ventures have advantages for enterprises, provide competitive advantages for parent companies in terms of strategic development and cost reduction.
