Main directions of counteraction to crimes’ investigation

Abstract
It is considered distinctive features of organized criminality and is given their characteristics. Activity on disclosure and investigation of the facts of organized criminality, as rule, is accompanying with active counteraction of criminal environment. There is noted necessity investigation of particularities of planned in advance counteraction of organized criminality. Despite reflection of certain aspects of counteraction, there are remained some issues uninvestigated.
