Main objectives regulation and standardization constructions

Abstract
The purpose of the article is theoretical justification of need to use high-quality standard of materials and their study on the construction industry enterprises. The article investigates the normative documents of Ukraine in the construction industry, the analysis of the leading organizations and institutions of Ukraine, who are engaged in the development and improvement of the regulatory framework for the regulation of labor organization in Ukraine in the sphere of construction. Methodology of research. The solution of the article tasks accomplished through such scientific and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis, deduction, scientific classification, systematization and generalization. Findings. Theoretical substantiation and introduction of state and departmental regulations, which are used in the design, construction and operation of the building, which will allow a specialist to navigate in a variety of normative documents regulating construction activities in Ukraine and in the future professional activity. Practical value. The article highlighted the role and importance of the use of normative documents regulating the implementation of the basic requirements and standards in construction. Main scientific article can be used in the practice of construction enterprises.
