MAINTAINANCE OF THE PRINCIPLE OF HUMANISM IN THE PENITENTIARY INSTITUTION AS ONE OF THE GUARANTEE OF PROVIDING THE PROTECTION OF SAFETY

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of holding to the principle of humanism in penitentiary institutions, like fundamental and inalienable, based on respect for human dignity. The basic features of the right of convicted prisoners to a humane attitude are determined, international laws, separate opinions and researches of scientists on the identified issues are analyzed. On this basis, conclusions and recommendations are formulated.
