Abstract

One of the important issues in the field of performing arts is the discussion of the existence of free and non-religious relations between foreign men and women, which are present in these plays and are incompatible with our religious foundations. The study of the legal dimensions of the relationship between men and women in performing arts in Imamieh jurisprudence does not have a long history. Due to the fact that it is new in the performing arts, during the history of the material and fatwa of many jurisprudents has not been written in this regard, considering that in the jurisprudential views of the Qajar period, the relationship between men and women in Ta'ziyeh due to lack of it in the art and The lack of use of the female element in such performances was not due to the structure of the community of that day. Discussions about the male and female relations of the actor were also not seriously independent in the treatises of the jurists, and this issue has since been raised in the performing arts Due to the lack of women in these plays, Iran has not been considered by the religious scholars seriously and the jurists are each separately Has not discussed this issue. Given the fact that the first dramatic art presented in the field of religion was Ta'ziye's dramatic art. The jurisprudents, by examining all aspects of the show, would not have respected the fatwas unless they were used in the performance of the show, or if the woman was present at the show, her presence in the show should be low, and the shock of the presence of women in Do not show. Accordingly, only discussions have been conducted on the topic of ta'zīyah and limited fatwa has been issued. The historical course on the issue of Ta'ziyeh indicates that Shi'a scholars have not disagreed not only with Ta'ziyeh in its original meaning, but also with the preservation of religious, ritual and historical appearances and observance of its limits, but to act as one of the most lasting methods Promoting the culture and message of Ashura and symbolizing the history of Karbala. In this age, considering the importance of male and female relationship in performing arts and lack of comprehensive and adequate research in this regard, it seems that it is important and necessary to study different legal aspects of it with a new approach.
