MANAGEMENT OF INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL FLOWS OF LOCAL BUDGETS

Abstract

The article considers the incoming financial flows of local budgets as an object of management. The dynamics, structure of these flows is analyzed. The problems of management of incoming financial flows are determined and ways of its improvement are offered to ensure real autonomy of local budgets.
