MANAGEMENT OF MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS IN THE GLOBALIZATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of managing transnational corporations in the conditions of globalization, describes methods of managing their activities depending on the organizational form of the parent company. Changes in the management of modern TNCs are described. The prospects of transformation of Ukrainian industrial-financial groups into transnational corporations are analyzed.
