MANAGEMENT OF RISKS FOR REALIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS: MAIN COMPOSITION AND PROBLEM ELEMENTS

Abstract
The article researches relevant matters of construction projects risk management in unstable environment conditions. The concept of risk is defined theoretically from the viewpoint of negative and positive consequences of a probable event when a risk occurs. Construction project risks are classified with a purpose of setting up a standard to form a risk register for every single construction project. The article proposes an algorithm to assess and analyze risks of construction projects to provide an effective system of construction projects risk management. It determines advantages of combining public and private mechanisms of construction projects risk management, which include higher competence of experts, cutting budget expenses for regulatory processes, creating conditions for an open competition, implementing European integration processes by means of entering the single European area that legislates opportunities of construction field regulation by private structures.
