Abstract
The article considered the theoretical foundations of the structure of capital, its management, and optimization of the structure of capital. The capital structure and its main components are determined. Optimization of the capital structure was optimized by maximizing profitability. The formation of an optimal capital structure of the enterprise was also considered, the main factors influencing the ratio of own and borrowed capital of food industry enterprises were determined. Improvement of the financial state of the enterprise by placing and correct use of enterprise resources.
