Management of the financial potential of the enterprise

Abstract
The financial potential of an enterprise is a complex, dynamic system consisting of elements that are interrelated and interdependent. In turn, the elements depend on the level of development of the enterprise, the competitive position in the market, the effectiveness of the management system, as well as the ability to attract and combine certain types of funding sources. The article reveals the theoretical basis for the definition of the essence of the concept «financial potential of the enterprise», its role and purpose. In order to increase the positive financial result, the main task of managing the financial potential of the enterprise is the optimization of financial flows. The modern methods of diagnostics of financial potential are described and characterized, as well as their advantages and disadvantages are revealed.
