MANAGEMENT OF THE MOTIVATION OF PERSONNEL FOR ENERGY-SAVING ON THE ENTERPRISE: REFLEX MODIFICATION

Abstract

The problems of formation of reflexive methodology and its incorporation into the economic-managerial model of personnel motivation to energy saving of the enterprise have been investigated. A plural abstract description theorem gave an opportunity to offer a generalized optimization modification of reflexive control by motivation to energy conservation. The specifics of the basic processes of motivation of personnel to energy saving on the basis of reflection are singled out.
